Thank you for your interest in the 2008-2009 season of the Brandeis Archery Club. If you are interested in shooting, join us at one of our three weekly practices in the Gosman Multi-Purpose Room: Sundays 5-9pm, Teusdays and Thursdays 5:30-10pm. We hope you can make it!
If you would like to see a picture of the medals that the team won last season (as well as some of us shooting to get them), check out the photos page. If you want a more up close look, that picture is of the trophy case in Gosman, next to the Club Sports Director's office.
Our first tournament of this year was the Bay State Indoor Open and Collegiate Invitational, an indoor competition at Ace Archers in Foxboro, MA. We shot at 7pm on October 19th, and took home four of the eight medals in the Collegiate Division.
Our next two tournaments are close at hand: on 11/9, we will be at the CTAA Indoor Fall Classic on the Storrs campus of UConn. Our next tournament will be the next week, 11/16, for the 2008 MA Indoor Open and Star FITA at Hoop's Archery, in Clinton, MA.
The Board for the current year has gone through a slight change:
