E.G. LeBre
Our coach, E.G. LeBre brings ten years of archery experience, eight of which he has competed at the national level. He has placed highly in national ranking tournaments, and he has also been internationally ranked, and also competes locally. He is currently a Level II National coach, and is waiting for his Level III. A six year coaching veteran in archery, he coached soccer for 12 years previous, bringing several of his teams to national acclaim. He coaches JOAD locally, and has many top level youth archers, including a 2 time nationally first ranked archer in his division. A number of his JOAD archers have now moved into the Collegiate ranks, at colleges around the nation.
E.G.'s assistance has been instrumental in the growth of the program at Brandeis. Our team has medaled at least once in every tournament we have attended this school year, often with every Brandeis archer coming away with a top finish. Practicing both indoors and outdoors, we have brought many true beginner shooters to a very competitive level, including one archer who placed 6th nationally in his division, after shooting for only seven months. He is also committed to making sure our purely recreational archers not only have a good, safe time, but are able to enjoy archery at whatever level they choose.
