The Midterm exam will take place on Wed, April 21st, in class. It will only be 45 minutes long and will be in the 2nd half of the class. (10:15-11:00) It will consist of three parts:
The topics will cover all lectures through Wednesday, April 14. After lecture on Wednesday I will update this page with more information. At the moment this corresponds to sections 1-2.2 on the reading list. I think we will make it a good distance into section 2.3 too.
The exam will concentrate on what we talked about in class, but it is expected that you've done the readings. The intention will be to get the broader aspects of the empirical results (not super details). (Do not memorize the number of bank runs in Africa in 1800's.)
