Co-Presidents

Adam Ross: Adam Ross is a junior at Brandeis University double majoring in Biology and History, and minoring in Medieval and Renaissance studies. He is a co-President of the Pre-Health society, and is the Editor-in-Chief for the Society's science journal, the Pulse. He also serves on the Academic Services Advisory Committee, and has been a technical consultant at the Menorah Chapels Funeral Home in Millburn, New Jersey for the past two years.




Daniel Treacy: I am a sophomore now (Class of '09) and have been active in the Pre-Health Society since the beginning of freshman year. I am pre-med with a possible triple major in Biology, HSSP, and Biochemistry. I am a member of BEMCo as well as being involved in The Pulse, SEA, SGAC, FIMRC, and Waltham Group. Throughout the year I work in the Rosbash Biology Lab and over the summer I also work as an EMT. My goal is to make the Pre-Health Society the best it can be and to see the success of all its members.




V.P. Veterinary Medicine

Amanda Sherman:


Amanda Sherman is a sophomore at Brandeis University majoring in Biology and minoring in Art History. In addition to the Pre-Health Society, she is actively involved in the Pre-Veterinary Society, the Brandeis Bellydancing Ensemble and Adagio. She also works asa peer tutor, a tour guide for admissions, and a lab assistant for the Foster labs. Back home, in the wonderful state of New Jersey, Amanda works for a local veterinarian and isheavily involved in the improvement of her town's animal shelter. In a nut shell, this girl is obsessed with animals.

Greg Goodman: Gregory Goodman is a sophomore double majoring in Biology and Economics. He is the Co-Vice- President of Pre-Medicine in the Pre- Health society. His experiences in the medical field include: volunteering in the operating room with a neurosurgeon, a mentorship program with an orthopedic surgeon, a counselor at a muscular dystrophy camp, and a volunteer on a medical mission to Honduras. He is aspiring to become a pediatric specialist and help those in need.

Sarah Kim: I am a sophomore majoring in Health: Science, Society, and Policy (Bachelors of Science). I play the cello and piano.




V.P. Dentistry

Jeremy Krell: My name is Jeremy Krell and I am the Vice President of the Pre-Health Society serving as a liaison to pre-dental students. I graduate Brandeis in 2009, and look forward to attending dental school in order to become an orthodontist. Westfield, New Jersey is my hometown where I live with my two brothers and parents. Inspired by my parents' professions in addition to my fascination for the sciences, orthodontics has been my dream for many years. At Brandeis, I am majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry and Business. I look forward to working with pre-dental students to discuss career goals.

Rosemary Kim: Rosemary Kim is a freshman at Brandeis University from Athens, Georgia and a prospective biology and neuroscience major. In addition to being secretary of the Pre-Healh Society, she is a research assistant at Michael Rosbash's laboratory, and is also involved with include FIMRC, Waltham Group and BAASA. As a member of the Pre-Health Society, she is looking forward to learning more about the field. Her goal as a pre-med student is to become a pediatrician so she can take care of children.
