My name is Duncan Levear and I study mathematics at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. I started here in Fall of 2015 as a PhD student. My favorite fields are combinatorics and abstract algebra.
If you need to use LaTeX, I suggest the site overleaf.com. It is a free online LaTeX environment, which offers cloud storage and revision history.
I have some dormant interest in Computer Science and Applied Math. Sometimes I like to solve programming problems on spoj.com. My favorite language is C++, and I also find Haskell very fun and interesting. This is a poster I made of all CSS named colors. This is a discrete spinner applet written in Javascript.
I am teaching MATH10A (Calc 1) in Spring 2018. We meet on MWTh at 1:00pm for 50 minutes (room Abelson 126). Check LATTE for more information.
