The UWTB Webserver was, until recently, Apache httpd 1.3.9-4 on an Intel 80486 DX2 66 MHz PC running Linux 2.2.12-20 (RedHat 6.1). The entity of uwtb.chem.brandeis.edu (aka www.xray.chem.brandeis.edu) was established in 1994, running on 386SX/16 hardware for about a year. We upgraded to a 486 in July 1995. The original machine is still running and located in the X-ray lab in the Edison-Lecks chemistry building at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA. In May 2002, we moved our web page to the main University Webserver.
We hope to soon have some statistics available detailing web usage.
