Programming suggestions

1) Take almost all of the dances from the request list.

2) If there is a request for a dance that you've never heard of, you can
   ask someone about it if you have time; otherwise you can ignore it.

3) Do some couple dances, even if there aren't any requested.

4) Do some easy dances, even if there aren't any requested.

5) Do a few dances that you don't know or don't like.

6) Try to do some recently taught dances.

7) At the end do a waltz followed by a lesnoto or some other easy
   dance. (A waltz isn't necessary, but I always do one.)
