EGYPTOLOGY RESOURCES
Set up with the Newton Institute in the University of Cambridge to provide a world wide web
resource for Egyptological information. This is an award winning, excellent
compendium, maintained by Egyptologist Nigel Strudwick. Try "News and
Gossip" for up-dates on what's going on in Egypt currently. Under
"Essential Egyptology Resources," try "The House of Ptolemy"
which has an incredible amount of links, including "Caesar, Cleopatra and
Marcus Antonius," also a detailed chronology of events of 50-26 B.C.

THE ANCIENT OLYMPIC GAMES VIRTUAL MUSEUM
Beautifully conceived site with an excellent virtual
"directory" for contents which includes: story of a competition,
famous athletes of the ancient Olympics and their sports, Olympia -- site of the
