Stunts
- Leapfrog
- Having the tail and head switch places by having the person in the rear jump over the
person in the front and taking the head. There are several variations that have been
suggested. One is that the rear sit on the front person's shoulders, takes the head,
and comes back down. Another (more dangerous) proposal is that the head is thrown into
the air and the rear end jumps over the person in the front all the while catching the falling
head.
- Switchblade flip
- Like the usual Lion flipping around except this time the person in front does a kick over
the tail. This is very difficult to explain and even more difficult to perform.
- Lion on stilts
- What more can I say? With both dancers on top of stilts, the Lion may dance around with
no support or with the help of several team members. The stilts may range from only a
foot high to over a story high.
- Lion on a see saw
- Not so much of a stunt as it is a task, the Lion plays on a see saw with one Buddha or even
two. May do a variation where a large ball is utilized.
- Lion on a pole
- Much like tightrope walking except on a pole. Variations will most likely include
two poles for stability.
