Who We Are
-
Musical Directoris a freshman studying (cough-cough), and he is most certainly not fly. He enjoys music, especially blues and jazz, obnoxious political conversations, and crying himself to sleep because he cannot figure out his rubiks cube. Just be nice to him. He also does an excellent Danny Nichols impression. -
Business Manager(Class of 2010) is a theater major from Manchester, New Hampshire. She can usually be found at one of many rehearsals such as ones for Hooked on Tap, Adagio, various musicals, Rocky Horror, or of course, Proscenium. In addition to musical theater, Arielle enjoys dancing around her room, playing the guitar, and any holiday that involves costumes. She's, in her own words, "the greatest choreographer Proscenium has ever seen." In the future, she plans on being a professional actress (waitressing) and settling down with John Cusack or that guy David, who she likes a whole lot. -
Publicity(Class of 2011) is a planned double Politics and IGS major. Coming from the little town of Somerset, MA, Anthony has been involved in musical theater for four years. He can also be seen in the productions of Filmophobia Films, the small film company he co-owns/operates. His interests include his amazing girlfriend Katie, politics, debate, international relations, singing, dancing, acting, and talking people into buying things they don't really need. As Brandeis' resident Portuguese student, he can usually be found singing loudly as he walks about campus. -
Webmaster(Class of 2010) is the group webmaster, ninja, and all-around manly-man. He can often be seen rushing from one rehearsal to another, as he is also a member of Company B, Brandeis's classic hits a cappella group. He enjoys video games, books, shiny things, dancing, dungeons and dragons, music, and his boyfriend Dave Hinterman. David is planning on majoring in Psychology and Computer Science, in order to someday create the perfect artificial intelligence, construct a hyper-intelligent robot army, and take over the world. Treasureris a Floridian by residence, Mexican by trade, and Bostonian by choice. He is a member of the Brandeis Swimming and Diving team, as well as a double major in Biology and Neuroscience. He is always up for playing any sport (golf does NOT count...unless its minigolf) but basketball is his favorite. This is only his second year singing as he joined chorus senior year in high school to get enough credits to graduate. As a result he found something he truly enjoys and is really looking forward to the next 3+ years with Proscenium. -
(Midyear Class of 2010) plans on majoring in psychology and minoring in music. She grew up in Norfolk, Massachusetts and attended King Philip Regional High School. In addition to singing with Proscenium, she participates in University Chorus and takes voice lessons. Some of her other interests include reading, dancing, randomness, awkwardness, manatees, Boston, 24-hour Starbucks, word origins, the Tri-Town, and being the group’s designated fire hazard. -
(Class of 2012) enjoys ecology, trees, the ocean and staying underwater for inadvisably long amounts of time, and the planet Krypton, which is, apparently, her true home. She can usually be found in her dorm discussing politics/philosophy/the universe with her friends or rehearsing for Proscenium. -
(Class of 2012) is the romantic type. She enjoys shooting stars, moonlit bonfires, and the occasional meadow frolic. She anxiously waits for Starbucks to begin making gingerbread lattes for the winter season, and in the meantime, loves chillin with proscenium. Shout out to her new fish, Wanda! -

On Hiatus(Midyear Class of 2012) is an undeclared Theater Major with a track in Pre-Health. She was initially drawn to the performing arts as a competitive dancer in Rochester, Massachusetts. Now she performs and directs in school, community, and professional theatrical productions throughout the Northeast. She enjoys belting out showtunes in the dorm during quiet hours, family parties, philosophical debates, baking, cities, Ancient Latin and Greek literature, biking, hiking, good friendship, and coffee dates. -
On Hiatus(Class of 2011) is double majoring in Politics and Theater, with a minor in IGS. As an avid musical theatre fan, he is ecstatic to have the ability to sing a cappella versions of some of his favorite songs. Robert considers the Pacific Northwest his home and thus, he loves cold weather and rain. Robert enjoys anything international, cooking (esp. vegetarian food), literature, trivia, travel, the great outdoors, and pretending to be Jewish.
