In no particular order...
Becky Sniderman (President, Webmaster, Representative to A cappella Etc.) '10 is constantly surprised that she can sing so high, she used to only sing alto but the girls of TCFI saw something in her and squeezed the soprano out of her. She is majoring in Sociology and Philosophy and minoring in Health: Science, Society, and Policy and Social Justice and Social Policy. Besides singing with the wonderful girls in TCFI she also sings with the University Chorus and enjoys dancing with the Ballroom Dance Club. She is currently an Undergraduate Departmental Representative (UDR) for both Sociology and Social Justice and Social Policy (SJSP). One of her favorite pastimes is playing Broadway show tunes on the piano and belting out the lyrics without shame.
Kristine Kenning (Treasurer) '10 is studying Neuroscience and enjoys playing Volleyball, Tennis, and piano in her free time. She is super overcommitted and is pretty much constantly volunteering at different health clinics, Habitat for Humanity, and teaching english to non-english speakers.
Tegan Kehoe (Former Secretary/Treasurer) '10 is majoring in History and Creative Writing, and minoring in Philosophy. Bernard Shaw once had one of his characters say, 'Hell is full of musical amateurs.' Whatever that means. In Spring of 2008 she was in Hold Thy Peace's production of Comedy of Errors and produced their production of Romeo and Juliet in Fall 2009. She has been in many BORG productions and is currently the president of BORG.
Hannah Cross (Co-Musical Director) '11 is an anthropology student masquerading as a film student, or possible vice versa- no one's really sure. In the very rare moments that she is not doing something TCFI-related she can be found working really bizarre hours in the Getz Media Lab. She likes to talk about queer theory, Doctor Who, and especially the intersection of the two. She will also eat all your leftovers..
Chaya Bender (Co-Musical Director) '11 majors in Anthropology and Sarcasm. She enjoys underwater basket weaving, hopscotch, and growing tulips. She also aspires to be a Gregorian chanter.
Kat Teeter '12 is a volleyball player and manages the Brandeis varsity team. She also plays frisbee with the Banshee girls. She really enjoys stage managing, including the production of BARE in Fall 2009, and has also dabbled in light designing, such as for the Tymp show Company. She is exploring her many interests and is at the moment considering studying both Theater and Politics. Her favorite quote is "semper ubi, sub ubi" or "never wear, underwear".
Ariana (Ari) Hajmiragha (Secretary) '13 has an absolutely beautiful voice and can hold her part like no other. From Seattle, Ari is fitting in to this quirky group wonderfully and has already had a few "TCFI" moments.
Deena Horowitz '13 is one of TCFI's latest n00bs. From Louisville, Kentucky, she is by far the shortest member of the group, but she compensates for the height difference with her voice. Deena hopes to major in biology and minor in english, but is keeping her mind open to different opportunities. She enjoys baking, shopping online, belly dancing, and going to insanely loud rock shows. She also loves Family Guy and can quote most episodes word for word.
Suzanne Rothman '13 is a politics and IMES major. Other than singing, she is part of the yearbook team and enjoys writing and ice skating. In her spare time, she enjoys doing crazy things with her friends and wearing tiaras. In 2008 she graduated from the Nisuii high school in Jerusalem, Israel. Her favorite author ever is Jack Kerouac and she loves Morocco. She also wanted to note that her favorite animal is a dog.
Jordan Hinahara (Former Secretary/Treasurer, On Hiatus Spring '10) '12 is proud to be representing Wisconsin for TCFI. She thinks she will probably be studying HSSP and IGS, but is very interested in languages. She works as a counselor at a Spanish immersion camp in the summer, which pretty much consumes her life (outside of singing, of course!)
