Brandeis ACS Student Affiliate Chapter

Started by a group of undergraduates in the fall of 2009, the Brandeis University Student Affiliate Chapter of the American Chemical Society provides undergraduates majoring in chemistry (or with a strong interest in chemistry) with opportunities to enhance their experience in the chemistry department outside of the classroom. In addition to offering career development and intra-department social networking opportunities, the chapter aims to provide opportunities for young chemists to bring their knowledge and enthusiasm about chemistry into the local community through outreach activities. The group meets ~monthly. Interested students should contact one of the Chemistry UDRs (Rhea, Dan, or Emily) or Prof. Christine Thomas, or just attend one of our upcoming events listed below.
