About us: We organize three drives every year  lasting either one or two days.  Drives are normally held in Sherman Function Hall. We need volunteers to help out with attracting donors, tabling, working on the day of the drive, and much more. We always have lots of yummy food for donors and volunteers as well as funny movies showing throughout the day to keep everybody entertained!

Different programs under our umbrella: None.

Where program meets: Sherman Function Hall for the drive.

Days/Hours of program: First drive October 15 11 AM- 5 PM and October 16 12 PM- 6 PM.

Commitment required from volunteers: We will take help whenever volunteers have time.   They can volunteer one hour or 20 hours.

Rough number of volunteers currently involved: We normally have between 25-50 volunteers help with the organization of each drive.

Helpful skill sets to participate: We like people who are enthusiastic and movatived about giving blood and who know the importance of giving blood.   The ability to persuade others to donate is helpful.   People that are comfortable around needles and blood are very helpful to have around on the days of the drive.

Application, training, and/or interview required?: No.
