About us: We use volunteer for one time events in cooperation with a variety of off-campus organizations ranging from environmental organizations to organizations that help people with disabilities. We also organize the Community Service Fair every fall where students can meet representatives from many off-campus organizations about potential volunteer opportunities. Different programs under our umbrella: We work with a variety of off-campus organizations in the Where program meets: Events off-campus (transportation provided by Waltham Group van or individuals’ cars). Days & hours of program: 4-5 events per semester. Events usually last a few hours and may occur any day of the week. Commitment required from volunteers: Volunteers can invest as much time in community connections as they want and participate in as many events as they desire (no regular commitment required).
