About us: Brandeis’s campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity.  Works to educate people about affordable housing issues.  We assist in building homes and raising funds for the work of Habitat for Humanity.

Different programs under our umbrella: Not applicable.

Where program meets: Meetings to be announced.  Builds generally take place on several Saturdays throughout the semester.  Fundraising, advocacy, and educational events also occur throughout the year (transportation generally provided by Waltham Group van).

Days/Hours of program: Vary.

Commitment required from volunteers: Volunteers determine their commitment.

Rough number of volunteers currently involved: 40.

Helpful skill sets for volunteers to have: Experience with building is not required; a good attitude (even early in the morning); a willingness to work, try new things, and meet new people.
