Professor Woll's Constitutional Law Course, Politics 115aWelcome to administrative law, Politics 117a, on line.
Grading
Because class discussion and participation is essential in learning law, and because this class is purposely small, you will be graded on your class performance. This will encompass preparation of the cases assigned, analysis of them, and discussion of the APA and other aspects of administrative law. I'm not turning the class into 1-L but because the exams cannot cover many aspects of the course due to time limitations 20 percent of your final grade will come from your class participation.
Midterm Examination Questions for Oct. 31, 2001.
