Description
The Brandeis Dynamics and Number Theory Seminar features research and expository talks on ergodic theory, homogeneous dynamics, number theory, and their interactions. It meets on Thursdays from 12:20 to 1:10 PM in room 117 Goldsmith Building at the Department of Mathematics of Brandeis University. We encourage speakers to prepare talks accessible to a broad audience.
Our seminar is an off-line cousin of the New England Dynamics and Number Theory Seminar, which functioned online during the last 2.5 years. It is likely that occasionally we will have zoom talks within the framework of that seminar -- we are open to suggestions.
